Refund Policy
If you have booked and paid for a class that has been canceled due to wet weather, your credit will be automatically saved and used for the lesson the following week, or whenever you are able to attend a lesson again.

If you wish to be refunded, please email us at girlsskatenz@gmail.com and we can issue a full refund due to wet weather.

However, if you want a refund due to not being able to attend the lesson, we are only able to offer credit for a future session.

Refund Policy
This document outlines our policy regarding refunds for purchases made with the concession card. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Policy Overview: We strive to provide a high-quality experience, our concession cards offer convenience and benefits to parents and guardians of children participating in our lessons. By using our concession cards, you are able to share amongst siblings, use at any class and location, and save $50 on lessons.
As such, our policy regarding refunds is as follows:

No Refunds: Once a concession card has been purchased, it is non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for a concession card under any circumstances.

Understanding Non-Refundable Nature: By purchasing and using the concession card, you acknowledge and accept that the card is non-refundable. This means that once you have made the purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund, regardless of whether the card has been used or not.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
a. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind about the purchase or no longer want the product/service.

Lost or Stolen Cards: In the event that a concession card is lost, stolen, or misplaced, we are unable to provide a replacement or a refund. It is the cardholder's responsibility to keep the card safe and secure.

Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as an unforeseen circumstance like injuries or sickness that prevents participating in lessons you may be eligible for a refund of however many clips you have left or credit towards future lessons, at our discretion.
